PRICES:
All prices are quoted in United States dollars and are subject to change without advance notice. However, services confirmed by our company will not be modified. The domestic airplane tickets and the airport taxes are not included in the programs’ prices.

The domestic airplane tickets are included in the suggested tours as well as the transfers an all the services and meals mentioned.

RESERVATIONS:
We do all your reservations for hotels and domestic flights as your requirements.

PAYMENTS:
A non-refundable deposit of US$100.00 per person is due upon 5 days of booking the reservation, and final payment must be received at least 30 days prior to departure. Non-receipt will result in automatic cancellation of reservation.

DOCUMENTS:
All the documents (vouchers, domestic air, bus, or train tickets, etc.) will be given to you as soon as you arrived at Lima’s airport. If you require the documents to be sent before you arrive at Lima, Highland will send them with the air courier’s company as your requirement by collect payment. Highland Peru Tours will not assume any responsibility for the lost or damage of the documents by the air courier’s company.

CANCELLATIONS:
Any changes or cancellations made within 30 days of departure, may result in the loss of the amount paid, and will be assessed on an individual basis. We strongly recommend taking insurance in case unforeseen circumstances make it necessary for you to make changes.

RESPONSIBILITY:
Highland Peru Tours assumes no responsibility if client is refused entry into a country. Valid passport is required for travel in Peru, and visa may also be needed. If the client is going to the Jungle or the National Park of Manu, necessarily needs a certificate of yellow fewer shot. Highland Peru Tours is not liable whatsoever for any claim arising out of or in connection with these packages, nor is it liable for loss or damage or injury to property, or injury to person caused by reason of any defect, negligence or other wrongful act or omission by any transportation company, hotel, agency or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
